Work has commenced on a long-delayed urban renewal project in Pardes Hanna that will deliver 124 apartments above a commercial plaza. The ‘Derekh Lemerhav’ initiative was the first in the settlement to receive approval for such development and obtain a building permit. Lawyers representing apartment owners say the real test lies not in securing approvals but in successfully completing the project.
