Russia receives US terror warning for Moscow attack as coordinated security measures activated

Breaking

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Saturday that it received intelligence from the United States regarding preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow, with security measures being implemented in response. The US Embassy in Moscow confirmed awareness of a credible threat of a mass casualty event at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in the city.

According to reports, American and Russian authorities are coordinating their responses to the identified threat. The FSB statement indicated that preventative measures are underway based on the US intelligence sharing.

This represents a rare example of US-Russian security cooperation during a period of heightened geopolitical tensions related to the Ukraine conflict.
