A 15-year-old cyclist was moderately injured on Sunday during a riding accident at the entrance to Ramat HaNadiv, a popular nature reserve and hiking destination in northern Israel. Magen David Adom paramedics provided initial medical treatment at the scene before transporting the teenager to Rambam Medical Centre in Haifa. The cyclist sustained head and limb injuries in what authorities have classified as a single-vehicle accident. The exact circumstances of the crash are still being assessed by emergency services. Ramat HaNadiv, located near the Carmel region, attracts cyclists and hikers throughout the year and remains closed during peak fire season.
