The communications group Partner today (Thursday) launched Premium Care, a dedicated repair service for owners of the latest Apple and Samsung flagship devices. The repair service, intended for customers of all companies, includes a number of significant benefits in order to provide value to customers.
At Partner, we launch the service with the concept of providing a comprehensive and comprehensive response to all of the client's communication services and products, thereby deepening the relationship with the clients and providing them with service security.
The repair service for iPhone and Galaxy devices includes: damage repair; original screen breakage repair twice a year; Delivery benefit of collection and return from the customer's home; WhatsApp hotline support; and express repair at Partner's chain of stores nationwide.
The Premium Care service will be provided in Partner's laboratories, by Apple and Samsung certified technicians, and includes a warranty on the repair for three months from the date of the repair, as well as receiving a replacement device. The cost of the service is NIS 39.9 per month, with a 50% discount for the first two months and without obligation.
At the same time, starting next week, Partner will begin offering customers of all companies, a free device test in the company's laboratories. At the end of the test, which takes several minutes, the customer will receive an official report about the device's health.
