A vehicle careered off the road and into a ravine on Route 5614 near the entrance to Tayibe in northern Israel on Tuesday afternoon. Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics and emergency responders provided immediate medical treatment at the scene before evacuating three injured passengers to Meir Medical Centre in Kfar Saba.
One of the casualties, a 20-year-old man, was in serious condition with multiple traumatic injuries and was unconscious when transferred to hospital. A second 20-year-old was transported in moderate condition with abdominal injuries. The condition of the third injured person was not immediately specified.
MDA teams worked quickly to extract the passengers from the vehicle and stabilise them before transfer. The circumstances of the accident are being investigated by local authorities.
