Watch the documentary: the hospitals across the country observed a moment of silence in memory of the murdered

The entire health system held a minute's silence this morning (Sunday) at 10:00 a.m. in memory of those murdered and martyred in the war, as a joint initiative of the Brothers and Sisters Association, and the Israel Medical Association (RAI). In addition, the Minister of Health, Uriel Bosso and the Director General of the Ministry of Health, Moshe Bar Siman Tov published a letter calling for joining the initiative.

The CEO of Hadassah, Prof. Yoram Weiss told the gathering: "We are all with the families of the victims. Our hearts are with the families of the victims in the entire State of Israel and with the families of Hadassah and the Hebrew University who lost their loved ones. The first circle, the second circle, the wider circles, we are all together as one family for them.
This is a time to remember, remember and thank those who sacrificed their lives for us and thank those who continue to protect us with their body and spirit. We constantly think about the families of the abductees and the abductees themselves, and wish for their return to their homes and to the members of the worried families who are waiting for them. We hope that their nightmare, ours, will end soon."

"Amidst the great grief and sorrow, as CEO I am experiencing the ray of light these days, and it is your mobilization, dear Hadassah teams. A source of immense pride. Since the first day of the war, I have met the determination and giving of all of you, for which I am personally grateful. For Hadassah's steadfastness, it is steadfast to take care In over 170 wounded who were referred to us from the war in the south and for the preparation of an underground infrastructure in the event of an escalation of the war or a widespread attack. All of this is thanks to you, the people of Hadassah all over the organization. It is a huge privilege to be the CEO of our special organization. Thank you," he added.

The director of the Emek Medical Center, Dr. Maor Meman, said after the minute of silence: "For three weeks now, our hearts have been very heavy, and the intense concern for the safety of our loved ones who are still in the campaign – in the army, in the rescue and rescue forces – has become an inseparable part of our lives. This morning, we gathered here together, to bow our heads for the great loss and the difficult events that befell us. 'In every generation our brides rose up against us', and today, more than ever, we are commanded to remember our dead, and what the vile murderers did to us. We send our sincere condolences from the bottom of our hearts to the families of all the martyrs and the murdered, including the martyrs and murdered of the health system – our colleagues – who died in battle and in the horror of the massacre and the war while struggling to save the lives of others."

"Sorrow has no end. And so does hope. We will continue to pray and hope that the abductees will soon return to us alive. The CEO of the Bnei Zion Medical Center, Dr. Ohad Hochman, said after the gathering: "From the great darkness of that terrible day on October 7, a great ray of light has emerged in Israeli society, which is reflected in a great mobilization, unity and mutual guarantee."

Prof. Trif Bader, director of the Kaplan Medical Center and Herzfeld Hospital, said after the gathering: "We all have a common denominator these days, and it is the pain that each and every one of us carries in closeness. But it is also accompanied by courage, strength, optimism and belief in the rightness of our path."
