A child approximately four years old was struck by a vehicle on Friday near his home in the Pisgat Ze’ev neighbourhood of Jerusalem. MDA emergency services arrived at the scene and initiated medical treatment for the young boy, who was found unresponsive without pulse or breathing.

The child was transported urgently to hospital in critical condition. The circumstances of the incident, including the exact location and cause, are still being investigated.

This incident comes as road safety concerns continue to affect Israeli communities, particularly in residential areas.
