Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has issued a written statement attacking US President Donald Trump, claiming that his signature and commitments hold no value. The declaration comes amid escalating military tensions between the United States and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, particularly in the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz region.

In his Saturday statement, Khamenei alleged that repeated violations of agreements by what he termed “the Great Satan” (a reference to the United States) demonstrate the futility of any deals signed by Trump. He suggested that such breaches prove American undertakings are meaningless and unreliable.

The Iranian leader’s remarks reflect deepening tensions between Tehran and Washington. He stated that Iran and what he described as the “axis of resistance” are prepared to deliver what he called an “unforgettable lesson” to the United States.
