According to company publications, the "Synerit" was developed in a unique modular configuration that includes a 3.8-meter-long cargo compartment. Its main strategic advantage lies in its exceptional mobility: it is able to fit entirely into a standard cargo container and even be air-dropped using the A400M military transport aircraft.
The platform is capable of carrying 12 different armament and equipment configurations, from launching swarms of drones underwater, to deploying smart mines, to firing heavy torpedoes, anti-ship missiles, and even surface-to-air missiles to strike aerial targets.
Alongside this vessel, DATUM is presenting the "Tranca" commando submarine, designed for Turkey's elite naval unit. The submarine carries six commandos in secret for a range of approximately 650 km, and is equipped with torpedo tubes and mine-laying capability. At the same time, the "Kirlangic" submarine was developed, specifically designed for seabed warfare, including cutting submarine cables and damaging strategic infrastructure. The company's announcement cited the sabotage of the "Nord Stream" gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea in 2022 as proof of the importance of this arena.
DATUM emphasizes that the mass production capability of these tools is more reminiscent of the drone industry than traditional shipbuilding, and enables serial production even in underground facilities far from the coast. According to the company, various countries in the European Union have already expressed great interest in purchasing the cutting-edge tools.
