An 80-year-old Israeli woman was assaulted in her Paris hotel room while travelling with family members. She was hospitalised with facial injuries after screaming for help, which alerted her relatives. Authorities determined the attacker was intoxicated and found no evidence of antisemitic motivation. Her family is arranging her transfer to Israel for surgery.
