A serious traffic accident occurred on the Ayalon Highway near the Rokach interchange involving a bus and minibus, with conflicting casualty reports from different sources. Ynet reported 17 injured with one driver in serious condition, whilst Walla, Israel Hayom and Jerusalem Post reported 10 injured including a 50-year-old minibus driver in serious condition with head and limb injuries, a 17-year-old female in moderate condition, and eight additional casualties with light injuries.

Magen David Adom paramedics and first responders provided medical treatment at the scene and transported casualties to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. The incident occurred during morning traffic hours on Sunday, causing significant congestion in the area.

Tel Aviv District traffic police and traffic accident investigators responded to the scene. The discrepancy in reported casualty numbers between sources (17 vs 10) suggests either varying degrees of injury classification or updated information as the incident developed.
